- Account credentials (password encrypted via Firebase Authentication)
- Request content and documents you upload
- Basic technical data needed to operate the app (such as network connectivity)

- Contact you about your requests when needed
- Improve service quality and app security
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored using Google Firebase services (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage) with appropriate security controls. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data Sharing
Your request data may be accessed by authorized admin staff solely to process requests. Data may also be disclosed if required by applicable law.
6. Device Permissions
- Internet: required for account access, requests, and syncing
- Camera / Photos / Files: used only when you upload documents or images with a request
7. Account and Data Deletion
You can delete your account from within the app: Profile → Delete Account. After deletion, your authentication account is removed, and related personal data is deleted or de-identified where reasonably possible.
